In the 2023 Legislative Session, the Minnesota legislature and Governor approved a new regressive consumer tax on many home deliveries, negatively impacting all Minnesotans and placing an undue burden on businesses. The below organizations recognize the hardship the delivery fee creates for Minnesota families and collectively oppose this legislation.
